The Poise Bra and Shorts Set: Fabric, Colours and Fit
The Formwynn Poise outfit combines two separately sold pieces: the Poise Crossback Bra and the Poise Sculpt Short. Both are made from 75% polyamide (nylon) and 25% elastane, come in Plum and Pink, and are offered in S, M and L. Choose the size of each piece independently, then check their fit together.
What are the two pieces?
The Poise Crossback Bra has a deep V front, fine adjustable crossover straps, an open back and a broad underband. Look at the rear view as well as the front: the strap route and slider position help you understand how to adjust it before a try-on.
The Poise Sculpt Short has a broad high-rise waistband, a smooth front without a centre-front seam, a V-shaped rear waistband seam and a gathered centre-back detail. Those are visible construction features. They do not replace the size chart or establish a quantified shaping, compression or support result.
What does the fabric label tell you?
Polyamide and nylon are closely related fibre terminology in retail fabric labels. In this outfit, the specified blend is 75% polyamide and 25% elastane. Elastane, also called spandex, contributes stretch. The percentages describe composition; they do not specify the fabric's weight, knit density or an independently measured drying speed.

How do you choose the bra and shorts sizes?
Start with the measurements requested by the size guide and the guidance on each product page. Keep the measuring tape level without pulling it tightly. A bra size cannot be inferred from a shorts size, even when the pieces share the same S, M or L label.
After settling the bra band, adjust the straps in small increments and check a comfortable arm raise and forward hinge. Check the shorts in standing and seated positions, then a controlled lunge. Notice the waistband, front rise and leg openings separately. Keep the garments in return-eligible condition while deciding whether the fit suits you.
Plum or Pink?
Plum is the deeper purple option; Pink is the lighter option. Compare the named colour on both product pages rather than using an unrelated photograph as a colour standard. Indoor lighting and screen settings can change the apparent shade. Assess the actual colour and your preferred coverage in ordinary daylight when the pieces arrive.

Questions before ordering
Is the Poise outfit one fixed-size bundle?
No. The bra and shorts are separate products. You can choose a different size for each piece while coordinating the colour. Select and check both products in your bag before ordering.
Does the bra have adjustable straps?
Yes. Poise uses fine adjustable crossover straps. Adjust them after the underband is settled, checking comfort and neckline placement rather than tightening as far as possible.
What is the exact shorts inseam?
Use an actual measurement supplied for the relevant size, or ask the retailer if one is not shown. Do not transfer the 4-inch measurement of Flow Ease Short to Poise simply because both are short-leg styles.
Can the outfit's construction establish high-impact support?
No. Strap arrangement, a wide waistband and fibre percentages are construction information. Choose around the activity, the product's documented guidance and your complete fit. For classes involving equipment, follow the studio's clothing requirements.
