4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our approved payment methods. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Formwynn is only formed once we dispatch your items.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to verify payment
  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised

If we cancel your order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Events outside our reasonable control
