Thank you for shopping with Formwynn. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
For orders below £50, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Standard UK delivery: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:
- Local courier services
- Seasonal demand
- Weather conditions or other factors outside our control
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@formwynn.com.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at support@formwynn.com. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification or update your tracking information with next steps. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the timeframe specified by the courier.
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@formwynn.com and we will investigate with our courier.
Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.
9. Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item(s)
This helps us resolve the issue efficiently. Please contact us at support@formwynn.com within 48 hours of delivery.
