Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items — no reason needed.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in a resaleable condition. We accept returns that have been tried on for fit, provided the item:

  • Shows no signs of wear beyond trying on
  • Has not been washed
  • Has all original tags attached
  • Is free from marks, stains, odours, or damage
  • Is returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a partial refund if an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate garments
  • Sale and final-markdown items
  • Personalised or custom orders

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

4. How to Start a Return

Email us at support@formwynn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will confirm your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrives damaged

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or you provide evidence that the items have been dispatched.

Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@formwynn.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include photographs where possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We will cover all return postage costs in these cases and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
